I will have to ask for permission to publish it on ours, and will do so. The pathway follows NICE to some extent and is just a 'guideline' for doctors. They don't have to follow it exactly if they feel the indvidual case warrants it. Each LHB also has the responsibility of tailoring the pathway to local needs. This hasn't been done by any LHB yet though WAMES has begun working with some of them on it. They generally don't publish local versions of pathways either!
