ME support groups in Wales
The local ME support groups in Wales are independent and run by people with ME or FM and their carers. WAMES would be pleased to hear from anyone who runs a small group, no matter how informal, or from anyone who would like assistance in setting up local meetings.
Please contact the groups to see if they have resumed face-to-face meetings following the pandemic.
Carmarthenshire ME group
Activities: Meetings are usually held on the 1st Saturday of the even month at Coleshill Community Centre, Llanelli SA15 3BT at 2pm.

ME Support in Glamorgan (MESiG)
Members of all ages are welcome from anywhere with a CF postcode.
Activities: Newsletter; Monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of the month, 11am -12.30pm at Bethel Church Community Centre, Llangranog Road, Llanishen
Cardiff, South Wales CF14 5BJ; Occasional virtual meetings.
