Carer experiences of support/services from Gwynedd Council wanted.

Lester Bath, Adult and Children Carers Support Officer, is very keen to hear from carers about their experience of receiving services and/or support from the Council, but particularly from social services.

She would appreciate hearing about the good as well as the bad, because it’s possible to learn lessons from both; usually they hear only the complaints, silence is the only clue that everything is all right. This information is needed for a report at a very high level in the Council.

If you could share your experience/opinion with her, she would be very grateful.
