All carers are welcome to two free information events during Carers week at Cardiff City Stadium Leckwith, CF11 8AZ 10-3pm.
Staying safe – Tues 9 June
How to stay safe in your home or when helping the person you care for. e.g. home adaptations, assisted technology, fire safety, first aid, staying safe online.
Staying well – Thurs 11 June
To include nutrition, leisure activities and support groups. Looking also at ‘financial health’ and advice on benefits and allowances.
Organised by Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan Councils along with Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.
