To celebrate Carers Week Credu Machynlleth are opening a pop up café open 9 – 5 Monday to Saturday for customers and Carers to pop in and have a FREE cuppa and cake. All Welcome. Croeso Cynnes i Bawb.

Also on Tues 13th: Stephen Parkinson – Young Carers Outreach Worker for Credu will be at the shop and hub in Machynlleth between 2 – 4pm for a drop in clinic.
Also on Wed 14th: Philip Moody – Adult Carers Outreach Worker for Credu will be at the shop and hub in Machynlleth between 10 – 3pm for a drop in clinic.
Pop in and have an informal chat over a free cuppa and cake. You can access information in relaxed surroundings. No booking required.
Also on Thurs 15th: Lisa Bowen – Adult Carers Outreach Worker for Credu will be at the shop and hub in Machynlleth between 11 – 1pm for a drop in clinic.
Planning for the Future – What can you do? 11 – 1pm Free advice on making wills, power of attorney, advance decisions for care or hospital treatment, what does ‘Do not Resuscitate’ really mean?
