Contact a Family Cymru is planning their services for 2017 and beyond. We really want our work to be based on the needs of families across the nation. To help us ensure that happens, please help us by completing the survey.
There are only eight short questions, and it should take less than five minutes of your time. The survey will be open until Friday 9 September 2016.
It is open to all families in Wales who have children with disabilities or additional needs (it doesn’t matter if you have or have not received services from Contact A Family in the past).
