The purpose of this survey is to gather the views and experiences of families who have tried to access a home adaptation to meet a disabled child’s needs.

This includes both those who have looked into and experienced the adaptations process. This could be as a past or current applicant, successful or unsuccessful. The research will provide a picture of what is happening and will assess whether you think anything in the process should change.

The survey should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.

The project is being carried out by Cardiff University in close collaboration with Shelter Cymru and Contact a Family and funded by NISCHR (National Institute for Social Care and Health Research).
