Disability Rights UK news report, 11 May 2016: Moving from DLA to PIP: DBC impact survey 11 May 2016

This Disability Benefits Consortium (DBC) survey is about the experiences of people who were claiming Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and then had to apply for Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

The DBC wants to know if this was an improvement or if it had any negative consequences for you – for example, did it reduce your finances and make it more difficult to stay independent? Or perhaps you got a higher amount and it improved your life?

Your views are incredibly important and will help them to tell the Government about what needs to change. The Disability Benefits Consortium (DBC) is a national coalition of over 50 different charities and other organisations (including WAMES) committed to working towards a fair benefits system.
