ABM Health Board is holding a workshop on the All Wales Neurological Delivery Plan on Friday 19th September 12.00pm to 4.30pm at Gorseinon Centre, Gorseinon.

SWWNA, the South West Wales Neurological Alliance, is looking for a small number of neurological patient representatives/Carers and Parent Carers of children and young people with neurological conditions to attend and assist with the input and gathering information to the following categories :

1. Raising Awareness of Neurological Conditions
2. Timely diagnosis of neurological conditions
3.  Fast and Effective Care
4.  Living with a neurological condition
5.  Children and young people
6.  Improving information
7. Targeting research

If you live in the counties of Swansea, Bridgend or Neath Port Talbot and wish to take part please contact Carol Ross, secretary of SWWNA. She is looking for a range of people with different backgrounds, able to bring a broad perspective to the themed group discussions.

WAMES will be contributing patient stories and information about the positive and negative aspects of neurological care and services for people with ME & CFS within the health board and GPs. Please contact Jan with your stories, and let her know if you are applying to take part in the workshop.
