ABMU (Abertawe Bro Morgannwg) Health Board is launching regular ‘concerns clinics’ in the Swansea area for patients, families or carers with issues about care to meet senior staff face-to-face.

The first clinic for Swansea will be held at Morriston Hospital on Tuesday the 20th May 2014, 5pm – 715pm.

The clinics will enable people to raise and discuss their concerns in private with Health Board executives, senior staff and senior clinicians.

Any patient, relative or carer who has concerns about the services provided by the Health Board in the Swansea area can make an appointment to attend the concerns clinic by ringing 01792 601800 between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, advising the switch board operator that you wish to book into a concerns clinic or by emailing Jayne Hopkins.
