ME support groups in Wales

The local ME support groups in Wales are independent and run by people with ME or FM and their carers. WAMES would be pleased to hear from anyone who runs a small group, no matter how informal, or from anyone who would like assistance in setting up local meetings.

Please contact the groups during the pandemic to see if virtual meetings are being held.
