The Wales Trades Union Congress (TUC) is investigating how Welsh employers meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
Diversity is about recognising, valuing and taking account of people’s different backgrounds, abilities, knowledge, skills, and experiences, and encouraging and using those differences to create a productive and effective workforce
They invite you to complete a survey as honestly as you can. Your personal data will always be kept confidential but they wish to use the broad trends gathered to influence and create guidance for workplaces.
This survey is open to everyone who works or lives in Wales, including those with illnesses and disabilities.
