The North Wales Citizens Panel has been set up to give residents in North Wales the chance to express their views on a range of issues.

Members of the Panel will be asked to take part in a number of surveys, the results of these will be fed back to the relevant statutory bodies and used to inform decisions/ policy/ practice. These surveys will be conducted 4 times a year on different areas to do with health and wellbeing and people can get involved in whichever way they feel comfortable, this can be through social media, over the phone, via post, email or a face to face visit, it would be up to the individual or group to decide.

The next survey needs to be completed by the 18th November 2016. The questions this time are around the support and assistance required by people and what they may need in the future.
