Find out about the Action after Andrews work and Have your Say on current Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 Consultations

The session will begin by providing an update from ABMU’s Action after Andrews Taskforce, on the progress made since the publication of the ‘Andrews Report – Trusted to Care’ in May 2014.

The second part of the session focuses on the current Welsh Government consultations on the implementation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. It is asking for views on the regulations, statutory guidance, codes of practice in relation to Parts 5, 6, 9 and 10 of the Act.

The workshop aims to gather views from the Third Sector across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend with the aim of submitting a Third Sector response to Welsh Government on behalf of the Western Bay Region.
