The Western Bay Health and Social Care Programme is conducting an assessment of people’s well-being and care and support needs within Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea.
Part of the research includes a short survey of people living in the Western Bay region. It should not take more than ten minutes to complete.
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw for an organic veg box delivered to your home every month for three months, as a thank you for their time.
