Significant NDI decreases were observed\u00a0in the right posterior cingulate gyrus, SLF, and left frontal area of\u00a0the ME\/CFS patients (P\u2009&lt;\u20090.05). Significant ODI decreases were seen in\u00a0the bilateral occipital areas, right superior temporal gyrus, the\u00a0anterior limb of internal capsule, and the posterior cingulate gyrus\u00a0(P\u2009&lt;\u20090.05), and significant ODI increases were revealed in the bilateral\u00a0occipital and right temporal areas (P\u2009&lt;\u20090.05).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Conclusion:<\/strong><br \/>\nRight SLF abnormalities may be a diagnostic marker for ME\/CFS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level of Evidence:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J.
