WAMES in Awareness week<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

From Saturday 6th to Friday 12th May – this year’s ME awareness week – WAMES will be continuing our efforts to raise awareness and inform doctors about ME, as part of our campaign to improve diagnosis in Wales.<\/p>\n

As individuals what can we do?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>Go Blue – <\/strong>clothes, buildings, hair, ribbons etc. all make a statement and invite conversations about what ME is really like. Do you know a building near you that lights up at night? Why not ask them to go blue?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Unrest – <\/strong><\/span>Encourage people to attend the Unrest screening in Bangor on ME Awareness day, the 12th May.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Protest virtually<\/span> <\/strong>with WAMES and #MillionsMissing<\/a><\/p>\n

Tell your story <\/strong>– send it to the media, blogs, your FB page or send it to WAMES and we will post it on the WAMES website and use it in our campaign.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Share your plans, photos etc. so we can all see ME in the spotlight in Wales.<\/strong><\/p>\n
