Specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>whether the \u2018visibility\u2019 of people\u2019s health conditions affects things like wellbeing and experiences of discrimination at work<\/li>\n<li>whether people tend to disclose their health conditions to their employers and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>which factors that might predict disclosure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you should be employed and living in the UK.<\/li>\n<li>You do not need to have a health condition to do this survey.<\/li>\n<li>Unfortunately, this survey is not suitable for people with learning disabilities, because an Easy Read version of the survey is not available.<\/li>\n<li>should read the <a href=\"https:\/\/wames.org.uk\/cms-english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/V3-Information-Sheet-GDPR-Compliant.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">information sheet<\/a> before deciding to take part<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The questionnaire:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kclbs.eu.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_0q9ZWhfibslSnat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">is online<\/a><\/li>\n<li>will take about 10-15 minutes to complete<\/li>\n<li>will ask you questions about your job, your health and wellbeing, your experiences of discrimination at work, and how you feel about your organisation<\/li>\n<li>nobody except the lead researcher will have access to your personal information<\/li>\n<li>your answers will not seen by WAMES or any other organisation<\/li>\n<li>if you volunteer to take part, you will be asked to provide your consent &amp;
