--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/80;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bcuhb.nhs.wales\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board<\/a> invites people to take part who:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>live with ME\/CFS<\/li>\n<li>live and\/or receive healthcare in north Wales (Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham, as well as some parts of Mid Wales)<\/li>\n<li>have internet access and webcam<\/li>\n<li>are willing to learn how to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-gb\/microsoft-teams\/group-chat-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Teams<\/a> to take part in sessions &#8211;
