You can read the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guideline from the UK <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nice.org.uk\/guidance\/ng206\/chapter\/Recommendations\">here<\/a>, and the Mayo Clinic Proceeding guidance\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinicproceedings.org\/article\/S0025-6196(21)00513-9\/fulltext\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Mayo Clinic Proceedings guidance lays out four clear steps a health professional should take to support someone with ME.
