Our helpline volunteers are available Monday to Friday to provide information or a listening ear.
Please ring before 7pm and if you reach the answer machine, leave a short clear message with your name and telephone number and a time when you will be available to receive a call. We will respond to phone calls and emails as quickly as we can.
For emotional support, the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Children and young people up to age 25 can also contact Meic by phone, email, SMS text and instant messaging.
Childline offers a counselling service for people up to the age of 19 by phone, email or Instant messenger.
