If you have a concern about something you think may be poor care or wrong-doing in the workplace please flag it up quickly, so poor practice can be nipped in the bud.

The Health Board want to know what you thought about it.
Apply to go to one of their In Your Shoes workshops between 10th and 30th September and tell them.
