Houseshare Wales is an innovative project funded by the Department of Work and Pensions to support and assist people across Wales who are affected by the current Welfare Reforms, and the introduction of new Housing Benefit and Local Housing Allowance levels.
Houseshare Wales will help people to find rooms and houses to share and landlords to find tennants. You can register on the website free of charge and search for suitable properties in your area.
You will have access to free online information and advice and if you need it, face to face support from a Regional Broker around all aspects of living in shared accomodation. The Broker can act as a link person between you, Social letting schemes, Bond Boards, and also local services such as Housing Benefits, Credit Unions and Tenancy Support Services.
