Samaritans – for emotional support, the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Meic Cymru – children and young people up to age 25 can also contact Meic by phone, email, SMS text and instant messaging

Childline offers a counselling service for people up to the age of 19 by phone, email or Instant messenger.
