Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff Council and the Vale of Glamorgan Council are working in collaboration to gain feedback from carers living in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan, in order to understand how well they support you and to help them improve.

A carer is someone who looks after a relative, friend or neighbour who is unable to manage without help because they are elderly, disabled by physical or mental health, drug or alcohol problem or have a long term illness.
