Evening meeting of Cwtch

Therapeutic Activity:
Learn to make a canvas silhouette and other crafts for St. Giles fair, also a Shamanic therapeutic Drumming session with Katie.

Cwtch is a support group for adults aged 18-45 years old who have long term or chronic physical health conditions. (One of the organisers has ME).
