My name is Lisa and I am a nurse within the Switched On Team. As a nurse, I am very interested in your experiences with health professionals (nurses, doctors, staff in clinics, staff making appointments etc.).

I would like to represent your views at a conference which is coming up and let health staff know what they are doing right or wrong and what you want.

I am very interested in how these professionals communicate with you (talking face to face or over the phone).
