Dr Myhill attended a review hearing in front of the Interim Orders Panel of the general Medical Council on Tuesday 26th July 2011. The Panel decided that the interim order, imposed on her registration at the first IOP hearing in April 2010 to run for 18 months, is not necessary. The Panel revoked the order with immediate effect. A Fitness to Practise hearing is scheduled by the GMC for December 2011/January 2012.
